Hazlewood's Return Energizes RCB

The return of Josh Hazlewood is a significant morale booster for Royal Challengers Bengaluru as they gear up for the IPL 2025 playoffs. Hazlewood missed the last two matches due to a minor shoulder issue and had returned home during the IPL's brief one-week hiatus, unlike his teammates Pat Cummins and Travis Head who stayed.

RCB shared a post on social media featuring Hazlewood's kit bags, captioned "lost and found," signaling his imminent return. The right-arm fast bowler is expected to participate in RCB's final league match against LSG on May 27.

This season, Hazlewood has excelled with the ball, claiming 14 wickets in 11 matches. With the World Test Championship final on the horizon, he has been training at the Centre of Excellence in Brisbane before heading back to India.

Currently, RCB is positioned third on the points table with 17 points, as captain Rajat Patidar and the team aim for a strong finish against LSG on Tuesday.
