WWE's Strategy for John Cena Ahead of WrestleMania 41

WWE has decided to keep John Cena and Cody Rhodes apart leading up to their highly anticipated match at WrestleMania 41 next weekend. After three consecutive confrontations on Monday Night Raw during the UK tour, neither wrestler is scheduled to appear together on the remaining WWE broadcasts before the big event.

Currently, it has been confirmed that John Cena will make at least one more appearance on WWE television prior to WrestleMania 41, likely in a solo promo segment. WWE has announced his participation in the SmackDown episode on April 18, which will take place at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.

This episode is set for the night before WrestleMania 41's first night. Cena's match against Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes is expected to headline the second night of this major event, while the first night will feature a triple threat match between Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins, and CM Punk.

His heated exchanges with Cody Rhodes have intensified the storyline leading up to their match. Their last encounter on March 31 concluded with Rhodes delivering a Cross Rhodes to Cena.

WWE has not scheduled John Cena for this Friday's SmackDown in Seattle or next Monday's Raw in Sacramento. However, he is slated to appear in the post-WrestleMania editions of both shows, suggesting a strong possibility that he could become the new Undisputed WWE Champion, marking his 17th reign and a historic achievement.
