Dramatic Moment in IPL: Raghuvanshi's Out Decision

In an unusual turn of events, Angkrish Raghuvanshi, the wicketkeeper-batter for Kolkata Knight Riders, faced a controversial out decision for obstructing the field during their IPL match against Lucknow Super Giants on Sunday.

Raghuvanshi expressed his dissatisfaction with the ruling and engaged in a discussion with the on-field umpires, but ultimately had to accept the decision against him.

During the last delivery of the fifth over bowled by Prince Yadav, Raghuvanshi tapped the ball towards mid-on and began to run. However, he was instructed to return by Cameron Green after taking a few steps.

In the process of turning back, he inadvertently entered the 'danger zone' on the pitch, positioning himself in the path of a throw from Mohammed Shami. The ball struck him as he attempted to dive back to the crease.

The third umpire, Rohit Pandit, upheld the appeal from Shami and Lucknow Super Giants, ruling Raghuvanshi out for obstructing the field, which left KKR struggling at 27 for three after just five overs.

KKR's head coach, Abhishek Nayar, was seen disputing the decision with the fourth umpire near the team dugout, while Raghuvanshi expressed his frustration by throwing his helmet.
