In T20 cricket, known for its high-scoring nature, where batsmen frequently hit boundaries, a bowler who manages to avoid conceding runs in the form of sixes becomes a topic of discussion. This is the case for a bowler from Sunrisers Hyderabad, who has not allowed any batsman to hit a six off his deliveries.

No Sixes Conceded by Sunrisers Hyderabad's Bowler

Ishan Kishan provided the opportunity for Saqib Hussain to debut in IPL 2026. Since then, he has played three matches and bowled 12 overs without conceding a single six. Saqib made a remarkable debut, taking four wickets in his first IPL match.

In his inaugural match against Rajasthan Royals, Saqib bowled four overs, giving away 24 runs at an economy rate of 6, while claiming four wickets, including those of Yashasvi Jaiswal, Donovan Ferreira, Jofra Archer, and Ravi Bishnoi.

Saqib's second match was against the five-time champions Chennai Super Kings, where he bowled four overs, conceding 32 runs at an economy rate of 8, and took the wicket of Shivam Dube. Sunrisers Hyderabad won that match by a narrow margin of 10 runs.

Delhi Capitals Batsmen Also Failed to Hit Sixes

In his third IPL match against Delhi Capitals, Saqib bowled another four overs, allowing 29 runs at an economy rate of 7.2, and dismissed key player KL Rahul. Sunrisers Hyderabad secured victory in this match by a significant margin of 47 runs.
