India's Campaign Begins in Denmark

The Indian men's and women's badminton teams are poised to launch their campaigns at the Thomas Cup and Uber Cup Finals 2026, with the opening day set in Horsens, Denmark. The men's squad, who were champions in 2022, will start their journey against Canada on April 24 at 12 PM IST. Later that day, the women's team will face the host nation, Denmark, with all matches taking place at the Forum Horsens.


Challenging Group Stage Ahead

The group stage presents a tough challenge, leaving little margin for error. The men's team will subsequently compete against Australia on April 27 at 12 PM IST, followed by a crucial match against China on April 29 at 1:30 PM IST. Meanwhile, the women's team will continue their campaign against Ukraine on April 25 and China on April 27, both scheduled for 10 PM IST. Only the top two teams from each group will advance to the knockout rounds, making strong starts essential.
