The Indian Supercross Racing League (ISRL) Season 2 wrapped up with an unforgettable Grand Finale at the EMS Corporation Stadium in Calicut. The event was graced by megastar Salman Khan, the ISRL Brand Ambassador, who added glamour to an exhilarating night filled with high-speed racing and live entertainment. According to reports, the finale attracted an unprecedented crowd of over 32,000 spectators, setting a new record for attendance at a motorsport event in India and highlighting Kerala's deep-rooted connection with motorsport and large-scale sporting events.


Championship Highlights and Results

In a thrilling atmosphere, Team Bigrock Motorsports emerged as the champions of ISRL Season 2, concluding a highly competitive series that took place in Pune, Hyderabad, and Calicut. This season showcased a remarkable mix of international talent and rising Indian stars.


The Calicut round featured exciting races across various categories. Matt Moss from BigRock Motorsports (Australia) triumphed in the 450cc International class riding a Kawasaki KX 450, while Calvin Fonvieille from Apollo Indewheelers (France) excelled in the 250cc International category on a Yamaha YZ 250. The 250cc India-Asia Mix class was won by Delvinator Alfarizi (Thailand) on a KTM 250 SX - F, earning enthusiastic cheers from the audience.


Celebrity Presence and Official Remarks

Salman Khan, the ISRL Brand Ambassador, expressed his excitement, stating, "Experiencing the Grand Finale in Calicut was incredibly special. Throughout Season 2, 36 international riders from 21 countries, including Australia, France, the USA, Germany, Thailand, and South Africa, competed alongside top Indian riders like Rugved Barguje, Ikshan Shanbhag, Prajwal Vishwanath, and Shlok Ghorpade, showcasing ISRL's expanding global presence.


In addition to the races, the Reise Moto ISRL Fan Park turned the EMS Corporation Stadium into a vibrant motorsport festival, featuring live music, racing simulators, interactive brand zones, diverse food options, merchandise, and opportunities for fans to interact with riders, creating a rich experience for families and motorsport enthusiasts.
