After winning the toss, Kaur opted to bat first, aiming for a total exceeding 300 runs. However, the team was dismissed for 251 runs in 50 overs. Australia successfully chased down the target in just 36.1 overs, securing victory with five wickets remaining, largely due to Georgia Voll's century and Phoebe Litchfield's solid performance.

In her post-match analysis, Kaur expressed disappointment, stating, "We didn't bat well today.
