New Delhi [India], April 21: The All India Pickleball Association (AIPA) showcased an impressive performance at the WPC Series in Penang, Malaysia, securing numerous medals across various categories and highlighting India's emerging strength in the international pickleball scene.
In the Men's Doubles 19+ Open category, the pair of Mayur Patil and Vanshik Kapadia achieved a remarkable Gold Medal victory, demonstrating exceptional teamwork and skill. Additionally, Kuldip Mahajan, alongside Nicholas Maleganeas, earned a commendable Bronze Medal, as reported in a press release.
Vanshika Kapadia triumphed in the Men's Singles 19+ Open category, taking home the Gold Medal, while Kuldip Mahajan added another Bronze Medal to his accolades.
Continuing their success, the Mixed Doubles 19+ Open saw Vrushali Thakare and Vanshika Kapadia secure the Gold Medal, with Aalyka Ebrahim and Willy Chung following closely to claim the Silver Medal after a strong performance.
In the Women's Doubles 19+ Advanced Plus category, Aalyka Ebrahim partnered with Ariana Muralidharan to win the Silver Medal. Aalyka further distinguished herself in the Women's Singles 19+ Advanced Plus, where she captured the Gold Medal, showcasing an outstanding individual performance.
