India 'A' Hockey Team Sets Off for European Challenge

The India 'A' Men's Hockey squad departed for Eindhoven, Netherlands, on Saturday morning, gearing up for their European Tour scheduled from July 8 to July 20, 2025. Under the leadership of Captain Sanjay and Vice-Captain Moirangthem Rabichandra Singh, the team is set to compete in a total of eight matches across three European cities.

During their stay in Eindhoven, India 'A' will face Ireland, France, and the Netherlands, playing two matches against each. Additionally, they will take on England and Belgium in Amstelveen and Antwerp, respectively, as confirmed by a statement from Hockey India.

This series of matches is designed to evaluate the players' skills and readiness, as the national team aims to cultivate a robust talent pool for the senior squad.

Captain Sanjay expressed, “This tour serves as an excellent opportunity for us to identify our strengths and weaknesses.
