Exciting Victory for Hubli Tigers

Mysuru (Karnataka) [India] August 17: In a thrilling encounter at the Shriram Capital Maharaja Trophy, Prakhar Chaturvedi delivered a stunning performance, scoring 46 runs off just 20 balls, which included eight boundaries and a six, leading the Hubli Tigers to a seven-wicket win despite rain interruptions.

While chasing a target of 177 runs, the Tigers faced a revised goal of 86 runs in nine overs due to rain halting play after four overs. They successfully chased down the target, marking their third victory in the tournament, as stated in an official announcement from the Maharaja Trophy.

During the second over of their innings, Chaturvedi showcased his batting prowess by smashing Kumar LR for 27 runs, hitting five fours and a six, establishing dominance early in the chase.

After the rain delay, he continued his aggressive batting, adding two more boundaries before being dismissed by Gautam Mishra in the sixth over.
