Gautami Naik Shines as RCB Sets Competitive Target Against Gujarat Giants
RCB's Strong Performance in Women's Premier League
Vadodara: Gautami Naik delivered an impressive half-century, leading Royal Challengers Bengaluru to a total of 178 for six against Gujarat Giants in a Women's Premier League clash on Monday.
After being put to bat first, RCB, who are currently at the top of the table, faced an early setback, losing Grace Harris and Georgia Voll within the second over, with the score at a mere nine runs.
Captain Smriti Mandhana (26 runs off 23 balls) partnered with Naik to form a crucial 60-run partnership for the third wicket, helping to stabilize the innings.
This partnership was interrupted when Ashleigh Gardner successfully reviewed a decision, trapping Mandhana in front of the wicket.

While Naik was the standout performer, Ghosh also made her mark by hitting three sixes during her innings.
Naik's innings concluded in the 18th over when she was bowled by Gardner.
Radha Yadav contributed a quick 17 runs off 8 balls towards the end, helping RCB reach their final score.
