The match is set to take place at the Dallas Stadium on Thursday, according to Indian Standard Time.


In a post on X, Kane highlighted the honor of representing England at another World Cup and acknowledged the weight of responsibility that comes with donning the national jersey on such a grand stage.

In related news, Chelsea's Trevoh Chalobah has been called up to the England squad for the World Cup after Tino Livramento of Newcastle United was ruled out due to a calf injury sustained before the opening match against Croatia.


The England Football website reported that arrangements are being made for Chalobah to join the team at their base camp in Kansas City, while the rest of the squad travels to Dallas for the match against Croatia.


Livramento's injury occurred during training on Sunday, and medical evaluations confirmed he would not be able to participate in the tournament. Chalobah will head to Kansas City, while the rest of the team continues to Dallas for their first group game.


FIFA rules permit teams to replace an outfield player up to 24 hours before their opening match.
