Cricket Hong Kong China revealed on Monday that the commentary panel will include a blend of renowned cricket legends and skilled broadcasters who have a deep understanding of the game.

Michael Clarke and Waqar Younis, both celebrated figures in cricket, are expected to enhance the viewing experience with their expert insights. They will be joined by former Sri Lankan all-rounder Farveez Maharoof, who adds significant international experience to the commentary team.

Additionally, respected Indian commentator Nikhil Chopra will provide his technical knowledge through engaging commentary, further enriching the broadcast.

One of the most eagerly awaited matches will be the India vs Pakistan clash in Pool C. This match is known for its passionate fanbase, and a packed crowd is expected when these rivals face off on Friday afternoon.

Defending champions Sri Lanka will kick off their campaign against Bangladesh in Pool D. Led by Lahiru Madushanka, Sri Lanka aims to start their title defense on a high note after winning the trophy last year.

Bangladesh, who reached the semifinals in 2024, will be looking to advance further this time under the leadership of U19 World Cup-winning captain Akbar Ali. Both teams boast players with international experience, promising a thrilling contest.

The historic rivalry between England and Australia will also be highlighted in Pool B. Their previous encounter in the 2008 Hong Kong Sixes final saw England emerge victorious, and this year's match is anticipated to be equally competitive as both teams seek a strong start.
