Goals from Christian Moses and Junior Traore, both from penalty kicks, secured the win for the Snow Leopards, while Laltlanzova netted the sole goal for Aizawl, as reported in a release.

This victory positioned Real Kashmir at the top of the Relegation Phase standings with 14 points, while Aizawl finished just below with 11 points.

The match kicked off with Zomuansanga making an immediate impact, driving into the Real Kashmir penalty area within the first 20 seconds, showcasing Aizawl's aggressive start.

Both teams displayed an attacking mindset from the beginning, pressing hard and transitioning the ball quickly. With relegation safety already secured for both, the match maintained a high tempo and fluid possession.

Aizawl attempted to create chances through the flanks with Vanlalhriatzuala K and Eric Remruatpuia Chhangte, while Real Kashmir countered with Ahteeb Ahmad Dar and Moses making runs down the wings for early crosses.

Real Kashmir maintained a high defensive line, prompting Aizawl to seek quick counterattacks, led by Zomuansanga whenever space appeared behind the defense. However, the Snow Leopards effectively thwarted any significant threats from the hosts.

The breakthrough came in added time just before halftime when Real Kashmir was awarded a penalty. Moses converted the spot-kick in the eighth minute of injury time, sending Vanlal Hriatpuia the wrong way to give the Snow Leopards a lead at the break.

Real Kashmir returned for the second half with heightened attacking vigor, nearly doubling their lead right after the restart. Issah connected with a corner in the 46th minute, directing a header towards goal, but Hriatpuia made a sharp save to deny him.

Traore had another opportunity in the 53rd minute, finding space in the box, but Hriatpuia was quick to react and saved his shot at the near post.

The persistent pressure from Real Kashmir paid off in the 60th minute when Aafreen was fouled in the penalty area, leading to a second penalty for the Snow Leopards. Traore confidently converted, extending their lead.

Unlike the first half, where both teams were evenly matched, the second half saw Real Kashmir dominate. Aizawl struggled to maintain possession in the attacking third, with their defense under constant pressure.

Aizawl finally posed a threat in the 67th minute when Laltlanzova displayed impressive footwork in the box, but Aafreen made a crucial block to keep the two-goal advantage intact.

Aizawl managed to score after Real Kashmir failed to clear a corner, with Laltlanzova reacting quickly to slot the loose ball into the net, narrowing the gap.

The match concluded with a dramatic moment in stoppage time when Aizawl was awarded a penalty after Jetli fouled an opponent in the box. Zomuansanga had a chance to equalize, but Jetli made an excellent diving save, preserving Real Kashmir's lead and marking a stellar debut performance in goal.
