Odisha Athletes Represent India at Commonwealth Games

Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], July 22: Three talented gymnasts from the Odisha AM/NS India Gymnastics High Performance Centre (Odisha AM/NS GHPC) are gearing up to represent India at the Commonwealth Games 2026, scheduled to take place in Glasgow, Scotland, from July 23 to August 2.

Among the eight athletes selected for the artistic gymnastics event, Tapan Mohanty, Tapeswaranath Das, and Olympian Pranati Nayak are proudly representing the Odisha AM/NS GHPC, as stated in a recent press release.

Tapan Mohanty and Tapeswaranath Das will compete as part of the Men's Artistic Gymnastics (MAG) team, while Olympian Pranati Nayak will join the Women's Artistic Gymnastics (WAG) team.

This accomplishment underscores the athletes' commitment and the exceptional training and comprehensive development offered at the Odisha AM/NS GHPC, which plays a crucial role in fostering young talent and advancing gymnastics in India.
