Outstanding performances from Soumyadeep Das and Sumit Kashyap propelled their team to victory, marking the first ten-wicket win of the tournament. On the bowling front, Bhargav Dutta showcased his skills with a disciplined display, claiming three wickets to limit the Sunrisers after a valiant effort from Hrishikesh Tamuli, as reported.


Choosing to bowl first, the Nagaon Rangers made an early impact by dismissing Pradyun Saikia on just the second ball. Sumit Ghadigaonkar followed shortly after, scoring only 8 runs, which left the Sunrisers struggling at 32/2 during the powerplay.
