Jagadguru Rambhadracharya, a prominent Hindu spiritual figure, has expressed his disapproval of Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan regarding the Indian Premier League (IPL) franchise Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR), which Khan co-owns. The criticism stems from KKR's recent decision to sign Bangladeshi cricketer Mustafizur Rahman amidst ongoing violence against Hindus in Bangladesh.


In a statement made to media representatives in Nagpur, the seer lamented the signing, labeling it as unfortunate and accusing Shah Rukh Khan of having a traitorous mindset. He emphasized the need for the Indian government to adopt a firmer stance against the persecution of minority Hindus in Bangladesh.


Rambhadracharya further remarked that it is essential for the Bangladeshi populace and their leadership to recognize that the formation of their nation was significantly influenced by Hindus.
