The men's team is striving for their ninth gold medal at the Asian Games, while the women's team aims for their fourth title.

Additionally, Lakshya Sen will compete in the men's singles, facing off against Singapore's former world champion, Loh Kean Yew.

In athletics, Gulveer Singh returns to the track after securing silver in the men's 10,000m, now competing in the 1500m heats with hopes of reaching the finals. Parul Chaudhary and Pooja will also participate in the women's 1500m final.
