India's Strong Contingent for ISSF World Cup

New Delhi, July 20: India has officially revealed its team for the upcoming ISSF World Cup in Rifle, Pistol, and Shotgun disciplines, set to take place in Hangzhou, China, from July 20 to 29, 2026. The squad is poised to compete in both individual and mixed team events.

The lineup includes prominent shooters such as Olympic medalists Manu Bhaker and Swapnil Kusale, along with Aishwary Pratap Singh Tomar, Esha Singh, Suruchi, Elavenil Valarivan, Sift Kaur Samra, Sonam Uttam Maskar, Anish Bhanwala, Raiza Dhillon, Ganemat Sekhon, and Olympian Anant Jeet Singh Naruka, as per a press release.

In the rifle events, Parth Rakesh Mane, Himanshu Dhillon, Shahu Tushar Mane, and Rudrankksh Balasaheb Patil will represent India in the men's 10m Air Rifle. The women's event will feature Elavenil Valarivan, Sonam Uttam Maskar, and Sakshi Sunil Padekar.

The 50m Rifle 3 Positions category includes Aishwary Pratap Singh Tomar, Niraj Kumar, and Rudrankksh for the men, while Ashi Chouksey, Vidarsa K Vinod, and Sift Kaur Samra will compete in the women's section.

India's pistol events will see Suruchi, Sainyam, and Esha Singh competing in the women's 10m Air Pistol, while Kedarling B. Uchaganve, Kamaljeet, and Aakash Bhardwaj will take part in the men's event.

For the women's 25m Pistol, Manu Bhaker, Esha Singh, and Rahi Sarnobat have been selected, while Anish, Omkar Singh, and Bhavesh Shekhawat will represent the men in the 25m Rapid Fire Pistol.

In the shotgun events, Udavir Singh Jajee, Bhowneesh Mendiratta, and Vivaan Kapoor will compete in the men's Trap, with Pragati Dubey, Kirti Gupta, and Rajeshwari Kumari in the women's category.

The men's Skeet team consists of Gurjoat Singh Khangura, Parampal Singh Guron, and Abhay Singh Sekhon, while Ganemat Sekhon, Darshna Rathore, and Yashasvi Rathore will represent the women.

India will also participate in the 10m Air Rifle Mixed Team, 10m Air Pistol Mixed Team, and Trap Mixed Team events.

The competition kicks off on July 22, with the first medals awarded in the 10m Air Pistol Mixed Team and men's 10m Air Rifle events. The World Cup will run until July 28, concluding with the final medals in the 10m Air Rifle Mixed Team and Trap Mixed Team.
