Goa Aces JA Racing Clinches Championship in Indian Racing League 2025-26

Goa Aces JA Racing Crowned Champions

Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], April 20: The Goa Aces JA Racing team has been declared the champions of the Indian Racing League (IRL) for the 2025-26 season. This announcement follows the decision to exclude the Navi Mumbai leg from the current season's calendar of the Indian Racing Festival (IRF).


After the thrilling conclusion of the Goa Street Race, which was the final round of the season, the Navi Mumbai race is set to be included in the next season of the Indian Racing League, scheduled to kick off in August 2026.


This season featured four exciting rounds of motorsport, starting with two events in Coimbatore, followed by a race in Chennai, and culminating in a spectacular street race in Goa. Each round contributed to a season filled with remarkable competition.


Goa Aces JA Racing finished at the top of the Teams' Championship standings with 141 points, edging out Speed Demons Delhi, who secured second place with 135 points. In the Cars' Championship, the duo of Raoul Hyman and Fabienne Wohlwend from Goa Aces JA Racing took the top spot with 101 points, while Kolkata Royal Tigers' Car #24, driven by Sohil Shah and Thomas Canning, came in second with 81 points. Speed Demons Delhi's Car #22, featuring Alister Yoong and Caitlin Wood, completed the podium with 75 points.

The Goa Street Race was a thrilling showdown, with Goa Aces JA Racing securing victory through Raoul Hyman and Fabienne Wohlwend in the feature race, thus sealing their championship triumph. The final standings saw Goa Aces JA Racing at 141 points, followed by Speed Demons Delhi at 135 points, Kichcha's Kings Bengaluru at 115 points, Kolkata Royal Tigers at 107 points, Hyderabad Black Birds at 86 points, and Chennai Turbo Riders at 75 points.


The Indian Racing Festival continues to attract some of India's most prominent personalities as team owners, including John Abraham (Goa Aces JA Racing), Arjun Kapoor (Speed Demons Delhi), Sourav Ganguly (Kolkata Royal Tigers), Naga Chaitanya (Hyderabad Black Birds), Kichcha Sudeep (Kichcha's Kings Bengaluru), and Dr. Swetha Sundeep Anand (Chennai Turbo Riders), who represent their respective franchises.


The next edition of the Indian Racing Festival is set to be the most extensive yet, featuring six rounds across the country, starting in August 2026.
