This achievement marked Fernandes' 140th goal involvement in Premier League history, accomplishing this feat in just 226 appearances—11 fewer than Ronaldo, who played for the club from 2020.

Ronaldo, a three-time Premier League champion, amassed his 140 assists over two separate tenures at Old Trafford: first from 2003 to 2009, where he rose to fame, and then from 2021 to 2022, solidifying his legendary status.
