Cricket West Indies Reveals 2026 Home Series Schedule

Cricket West Indies (CWI) has officially released the complete schedule for the 2026 Men's International Home Series, promising an exhilarating summer of cricket throughout the Caribbean. The upcoming home season will include international matches against Sri Lanka, New Zealand, and Pakistan, ensuring high-quality cricket across various territories and providing months of thrilling action, as stated on the CWI website.

Barbados Joins as Co-Host for New Zealand Series

In the finalized schedule, Barbados has been designated as a co-host for the One-Day International series against New Zealand, with the last two matches now set to occur there. CWI CEO Chris Dehring elaborated on this change, stating, "Cricket West Indies engaged in discussions with the Government of the Co-operative Republic of Guyana regarding logistical challenges associated with hosting the five ODIs. Consequently, the Governments of Guyana and Barbados proposed a collaborative arrangement to share the matches and associated operational costs between the two territories. After consulting with New Zealand Cricket, Cricket West Indies approved this arrangement to ensure a successful and memorable series for players, fans, and the wider Caribbean community. We extend our sincere gratitude to the Governments of Guyana and Barbados for their cooperative spirit and swift actions to ensure the series proceeds smoothly."
