Haryana's Chief Minister Honors PM Modi

On September 17, in Ambala, Haryana, Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini took part in the 'Nasha Mukti Namo Marathon' as part of the 'Seva Sankalp Abhiyan'. During the event, he conveyed warm birthday wishes to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who turned 76, while also acknowledging his 25 years of dedicated public service.


Saini emphasized that Modi's journey in public life exemplifies the principles of prioritizing service over position, determination over authority, and the nation above personal interests.


He remarked, "This morning is particularly meaningful as we celebrate our Prime Minister Narendra Modi's birthday—a beacon of inspiration for our youth. On behalf of Haryana's citizens, I extend my sincere birthday wishes to him. Today also marks a significant moment as we honor PM Modi's 25 years of service, moving forward with renewed vigor and a strong commitment to public service. His life conveys a powerful message: service surpasses office, determination exceeds power, and the nation comes before self."


Saini further noted that the 'Nasha Mukti Namo Marathon' in Ambala embodies these values while advocating for a drug-free Haryana.


Run for Viksit Bharat Event in New Delhi

In a related celebration, BJP leader Vijay Goel, who also serves as the Vice-Chairman of the Gandhi Smriti, inaugurated the 'Run for Viksit Bharat' at Major Dhyan Chand National Stadium in New Delhi on the same day.


Goel stated that PM Modi's birthday is being recognized as 'Seva Sankalp' to emphasize his contributions to public service and development. The Gandhi Smriti and Darshan Samiti organized the 'Run for Viksit Bharat' event, which aligns with the Fit India initiative.


He explained, "Today, we celebrate Prime Minister Narendra Modi's birthday nationwide as a 'Seva Sankalp'. The Gandhi Smriti and Darshan Samiti have organized the 'Run for Viksit Bharat', which incorporates the 'Fit India' initiative, a vision promoted by Prime Minister Modi. His birthday is a tribute to the development efforts he has made, first as Gujarat's Chief Minister and later as the Prime Minister of India."
