The Bundelkhand Bulls have revealed their men's and women's teams for the upcoming Madhya Pradesh League (MPL) T20 Scindia Cup. The men's lineup features notable players such as Shivang Kumar and Kuldeep Sen, while the women's team, entering the season as the reigning champions, includes well-known athletes like Anushka Sharma and Muskan Biswas.

Rohit Wadhwa from the Bundelkhand Bulls expressed optimism regarding both squads, stating, "We have assembled teams that blend seasoned players with promising young talent. The women's team will commence their tournament against the Bhopal Wolves on June 4 in an afternoon match at Daly College. The men's team will begin their journey against the Rewa Jaguars on June 6 at the Holkar Stadium.

MPL 2026: A Larger Tournament

The new season of the Madhya Pradesh League (MPL) T20 Scindia Cup is set to kick off on June 3, featuring the Gwalior Cheetahs facing the Ujjain Falcons in the men's tournament opener at Holkar Stadium in Indore. This edition of the MPL is the largest to date, with an expanded format that includes 10 men's teams and five women's franchises.

Introduction of New Franchises

The men's tournament has welcomed three new franchises: Malwa Stallions, Ujjain Falcons, and Royal Nimar Eagles, joining the defending champions Bhopal Leopards, along with Bundelkhand Bulls, Chambal Ghariyals, Gwalior Cheetahs, Indore Pink Panthers, Jabalpur Royal Lions, and Rewa Jaguars.

The women's competition has also expanded, now featuring Gwalior Shernis and Royal Nimar Eagles, who will compete alongside Bhopal Wolves, Bundelkhand Bulls, and Chambal Ghariyals in a five-team format.
