A Legacy of Achievement
In the previous year, Bihar's young batter Vaibhav Suryavanshi gained significant attention after being selected by Rajasthan Royals in the IPL 2025 auction. He showcased his batting prowess during the IPL 2025 season with aggressive and fearless performances.
Suryavanshi made headlines by scoring the fastest IPL century by an Indian, establishing himself as one of the most promising young talents in the nation and putting Bihar on the cricketing map of India. His remarkable ascent continued on the international stage, where he delivered match-winning performances in the ongoing ACC Under-19 Asia Cup, including a stunning 171 against UAE U19 and a quick-fire fifty off just 25 balls.
