Australia Women's Cricket Team Set for India Tour

India is gearing up to host the Australia women's cricket team for a three-match ODI series in September. This series is part of India's preparations for the ICC Women's World Cup 2025, which will be held in India from September 29 to October 26.

All three ODIs between India Women and Australia Women are scheduled to take place at the M.A. Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai on September 14, 17, and 20.

The BCCI announced:

"The Australian Women's team will tour India for a three-match One Day International series, serving as crucial preparation ahead of the ICC Women's Cricket World Cup 2025."

Additionally, the BCCI revealed that both the Australian and South African men's 'A' teams will visit India between September and November. These tours will include both four-day and one-day matches.

The BCCI stated:

"The South African Men's A team will also tour India for an extensive series featuring both multi-day and limited-overs formats in Bengaluru. The two multi-day matches will take place at the BCCI Centre of Excellence, while the three one-day games will be held at M. Chinnaswamy Stadium."

The Australian Men's A team will play two four-day matches in Lucknow and three one-day matches in Kanpur. The South African A team will have their matches in Bengaluru towards the end of October and throughout November.

These 'A' matches typically occur before the senior teams face off.
