Anmol Malik Wins Beginner Men's Singles Title

On June 24, Anmol Malik delivered an impressive performance during the inaugural day of the Picklebay Zonals - North, securing the Beginner Men's Singles championship at the PWR 700 event sanctioned by the Indian Pickleball Association (IPA) at The Horizon X Courtplay in Gurgaon. In the final match, Anmol faced Parv Verma and showcased his aggressive gameplay, winning decisively with a score of 21-15.

Malik's journey to the finals began with a commanding 15-0 victory over Deepanshu Saini. He continued his strong performance in the quarterfinals, defeating Naveen Kumar 15-6. The semifinals presented a tougher challenge as he battled Amol Barthwal in a tightly contested match. Despite the pressure, Anmol managed to secure a narrow 15-13 win, earning his spot in the final.

With momentum on his side, Anmol maintained his aggressive approach in the championship match against Parv, ultimately clinching the title with a 21-15 victory, marking a remarkable day at the tournament.
