The Ultimate Photography and Viewing Experience: Vivo T2 5G and T2x 5G with 64MP OIS Camera and FHD+ Display

Vivo has launched its latest offerings, Vivo T2 and Vivo T2x in India. These phones are successors to the Vivo T1 lineup from last year and bring with them 5G network support. Both the devices have a waterdrop notch for the selfie camera and two circular rings at the back that house the dual camera sensors.

The Vivo T2 has an in-display fingerprint sensor for added security, it also sports an AMOLED display with 1300nits brightness and a 64MP OIS camera. On the other hand, the Vivo T2x runs on the powerful Dimension 6020 SoC. Check out their specifications in detail below.

Vivo T2 5G Specs
With 5G network support, the Vivo T2 offers a 6.38-inch FHD+ 90Hz AMOLED display that offers 2400 × 1080 pixels resolution and 1300nits of brightness. The front camera is housed in a waterdrop notch. The phone supports dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS and USB Type-C for charging and data sync. A 4,500mAh battery fuels the handset, which offers 44W fast charging support. The phone weighs 172 grams and its dimensions are 158.91 X 73.53 X 7.80.

Under the hood, the phone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 SoC with Adreno 619GB GPU for graphics. The phone comes with 6GB/8GB RAM and 128GB storage, which is expandable via microSD card. It runs on Android 13 based custom skin Funtouch OS. The phone is protected by an in-display fingerprint sensor.

The phone has a dual-camera setup on the back, with a 64MP primary sensor equipped with OIS and EIS, along with a 2MP bokeh secondary sensor. The front camera is a 16MP snapper perfect for selfies and video chats.

Vivo T2x 5G Specs
The Vivo T2x 5G sports a 6.58-inch IPS LCD display that offers a Full HD+ resolution of 1,080 x 2,400 pixels. Its front camera is an 8-megapixel shooter, and the device has a triple-camera setup on the back with a 50-megapixel primary sensor, a 2-megapixel depth lens, and an LED flash. The phone has a side-mounted fingerprint reader and will run on FunTouch OS 13 based on Android 13.

Under the hood, the T2x 5G is powered by a Dimensity 6020 SoC with up to 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM and up to 128GB of UFS 2.2 storage. It has a 5,000mAh battery that supports 18W charging.

The T2 and T2x offer similar features like 3GB of expandable RAM, microSD card support via hybrid SIM slot, dual SIM, 5G, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, USB Type-C port and 3.5. mm audio jack. The T2x measures 164.05 x 75.6 x 8.15mm and weighs around 184 grams.

Price and Availability
Vivo T2 price in India for its 6GB/128GB variant is Rs. 18,999 for the 8GB/128GB variant and Rs. 20,999 is. The phone is available in two color options, Velocity Wave and Nitro Blaze. The Vivo India website and Flipkart will offer a 3-month no-cost EMI option and an instant discount of Rs 1,500. The phone will be available for purchase from April 18, 2023.

The Vivo T2x comes in three variants, 4GB + 128GB, 6GB + 128GB, and 8GB + 128GB, priced at Rs. 12,999, Rs. 13,999 and Rs. 15,999 is. There will be a limited time instant bank discount of Rs 1,000. The phone is available in three color options, Marine Blue, Aurora Gold and Glimmer Black. The phone will go on sale on April 21, 2023, on the Flipkart and Vivo websites at 12 PM IST.
