On Sunday, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath of Uttar Pradesh asserted that the state's law and order framework serves as a model for other regions, claiming that a sense of security has fostered investment and infrastructure development.

During his address at the conclusion of a two-day police brainstorming conference held at the police headquarters, he stated, "We have demonstrated what can be achieved in Uttar Pradesh. Today, people from other states are attempting to present it as a model. Media outlets there are reporting that the Uttar Pradesh model has arrived in their states."

Adityanath attributed this transformation to the vision of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, emphasizing the concept of 'smart policing.' He mentioned that the framework developed during the conference will serve as a significant policy document. He pointed out that without security, the rapid development of infrastructure such as expressways, air connectivity, and rail networks would not have been possible.

The Chief Minister noted that public perception of Uttar Pradesh has shifted in recent years. He remarked, "People now believe that change has occurred in Uttar Pradesh. Investment is happening because there is security and the rule of law."

He also emphasized the importance of community-oriented policing, stating, "Intelligence is our greatest weapon." Adityanath concluded by asserting that the rule of law is Uttar Pradesh's greatest strength, which has alleviated public insecurity, built trust, and strengthened democracy, making the state an attractive destination for investment.
