Yogi Adityanath Emphasizes Development and Security in Uttar Pradesh
Commitment to Development and Security
On Monday, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath of Uttar Pradesh expressed that the dual-engine government is dedicated to providing all necessary amenities and ensuring the safety of its citizens. Speaking at a gathering during the Holika Dahan procession, he emphasized that development begins at the grassroots level. He stated that the current government is committed to delivering both services and security, asserting that the state's progress is integral to the nation's advancement. According to him, development flows from the bottom up, rather than from the top down.
Strengthening Local Governance
Adityanath highlighted the importance of the governance system in place, reiterating that true development starts from the ground level. He stressed the necessity of empowering villages, towns, and local entities to achieve comprehensive national growth. In a significant development for Uttar Pradesh's real estate and infrastructure sectors, leading developer 1-OAK has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) worth ₹3,000 crores with the state government.
International Collaboration for Growth
This agreement was formalized during Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath's official visit to Singapore, where he met with Amritanshu Roy, the Managing Director of 1-OAK. Roy also serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Greenfield Advisory, the parent company of 1-OAK, which oversees global investments, asset management, and real estate development projects across various international markets. Adityanath shared details of the meeting on his official social media channels, describing it as a "meaningful meeting."
