She decided to take it home for further examination. After consulting her neighbors, one identified the strange object as whale vomit, known as ambergris.

Neumrin was astonished to learn that whale vomit can fetch a high price in the international market. The piece she found measured 12 inches wide and 24 inches long, with an estimated value of around £186,000, equivalent to approximately ₹1.8 crore.
