Who is Iran's New Supreme Leader Ayatollah Mojtaba Khamenei and What Did He Just Say?
Iran's Supreme Leader Issues Strong Warning
Dubai: In a recent public address, Iran's newly appointed Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Mojtaba Khamenei, issued a stern warning to the adversaries of his nation, demanding that their security be compromised.
These comments were relayed through a statement directed to President Masoud Pezeshkian, following the assassination of Intelligence Minister Esmail Khatib by Israeli forces.
Since ascending to the role of supreme leader, succeeding his late father, the 86-year-old Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, who died in an Israeli airstrike on February 28, Mojtaba Khamenei has remained out of the public eye.
There are reports from American and Israeli officials suggesting that Mojtaba Khamenei may have sustained injuries during the ongoing conflict.
