Bhubaneswar: On Sunday, BJD leader Naveen Patnaik expressed his congratulations to C Joseph Vijay following his inauguration as the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu.

Patnaik, who has served as Odisha's Chief Minister five times, expressed optimism that under Vijay's guidance, Tamil Nadu would achieve significant developmental milestones.
