The Delhi and District Cricket Association (DDCA) has announced that Virat Kohli will participate in the 2025-26 Vijay Hazare Trophy (VHT), according to reports from ESPNcricinfo. This announcement is expected to draw significant interest towards India's premier domestic 50-over tournament, which kicks off on December 24. Delhi will compete in Elite Group 'D' and will face Andhra in their opening match.

Kohli's Current Status

After retiring from T20 Internationals post the 2024 T20 World Cup and stepping back from Test cricket before the England tour, Kohli is now focused solely on One Day Internationals (ODIs).
