Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar to Inaugurate National Conference of University Heads

Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar is set to inaugurate a significant national conference for university heads at Amity University in Noida, commemorating the 100th anniversary of the Association of Indian Universities. The event will see participation from around 300 vice-chancellors across India, with additional attendees joining online. Dr. Balvinder Shukla, the university's vice-chancellor, highlighted the presence of notable figures, including the Governor of Uttar Pradesh, Anandiben Patel, who will be the chief guest at the closing session. This conference promises to be a pivotal gathering for educational leaders.
 

Inauguration of the National Conference

On Monday, Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar will inaugurate a national conference for university heads at Amity University in Noida, marking the centenary of the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).


Approximately 300 vice-chancellors from across the nation are expected to attend the event, with around 200 more joining virtually.


Dr. Balvinder Shukla, the Vice-Chancellor of Amity University, stated in an interview, “During the opening session in Noida, Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar will be present alongside Dr. Ashok K. Chauhan, the founder president of Amity Education Group.”


She also mentioned that the Governor of Uttar Pradesh, Anandiben Patel, will serve as the chief guest at the closing session on Tuesday.
