UPSC Unveils Results for Indian Forest Service Exam 2025: Who Topped the List?

UPSC Announces Indian Forest Service Exam Results


New Delhi: The results for the Indian Forest Service examination 2025 have been officially released by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) on Friday.


Basavaraj Kempawad has claimed the top position, followed by Anshuman Kumar Singh in second place, and Siddharath securing the third rank, as per the Commission's announcement.


The results are based on the written examination conducted from November 16 to 23 last year, along with the personality test interviews held from April 6 to 15. A total of 148 candidates have been recommended for appointment.


Among the 148 candidates, 42 are from the general category, 21 from the economically weaker section (EWS), 52 from other backward classes (OBC), 22 from Scheduled Castes (SC), and 11 from Scheduled Tribes (ST).


The UPSC has noted that the candidature of 71 of the recommended candidates is provisional.


Verification of the candidates' claims regarding their reservation status under EWS/OBC/SC/ST and persons with benchmark disabilities (PwBD) will be conducted by the relevant authorities.
