Minister's Visit to Abu Road


On Monday, Union Minister of State for Social Justice and Empowerment, Ramdas Athawale, visited Abu Road in the Sirohi district. During his visit, he formally unveiled a statue of Lord Buddha.


Athawale urged the community to embrace the teachings of Lord Buddha, which emphasize peace, equality, compassion, and humanity. He highlighted the importance of fostering mutual understanding and social harmony in today's society.


The minister also engaged in a detailed discussion about the central government's welfare initiatives aimed at reaching every citizen. Present at the event were MP Lumbaram Chaudhary, Abu Pindwada MLA Samararam Garasia, among others.
