Two Arrested in Patna for Impersonating CBI Officers

Arrests Made for Fraudulent CBI Impersonation

In Patna, the capital of Bihar, two individuals have been apprehended on charges of impersonating Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) officers. The police disclosed this information on Saturday.


According to law enforcement, the arrests took place near Patna Airport on Friday.


Anu Kumari, the sub-divisional police officer of Secretariat-1, informed reporters, "The Patna police have detained two individuals near the airport and seized fake identification cards of the CBI along with a motorcycle. The motorcycle bore the CBI logo."


The arrested suspects have been identified as Himanshu Kumar from Bihta and Satyanand Kumar from Shahpur in Patna district. Authorities are conducting a thorough investigation into the matter.
