Trump Criticizes UK PM Over Military Involvement in Iran Conflict
Trump's Remarks on UK Military Support
In a recent statement, Donald Trump took a jab at British Prime Minister Keir Starmer, suggesting that the UK is unnecessarily involving itself in the Iran conflict, which he claims the United States has already resolved. He expressed his views on Truth Social, stating, "The United Kingdom, once our esteemed ally, is contemplating sending two aircraft carriers to the Middle East. That’s fine, Prime Minister Starmer, but we no longer require them — and we will remember this decision..."
Earlier on Saturday, Trump had also commented on Iran's situation, claiming, "Iran, which is facing severe consequences, has apologized and conceded to its neighbors in the Middle East, vowing not to engage in further hostilities. This concession is a result of the persistent pressure from the US and Israel. For the first time in history, Iran has faced defeat against its neighboring countries."
Trump further boasted about his influence, stating, "They have expressed their gratitude, saying, 'Thank you, President Trump.' I replied, 'You’re welcome!' Iran is no longer the dominant force in the Middle East; instead, they are now labeled as 'THE LOSER OF THE MIDDLE EAST,' a status that will persist for decades unless they surrender or face total collapse!" He concluded with a warning, saying, "Today, Iran will face severe repercussions! Areas and groups previously not considered for action are now under serious evaluation for potential targeting due to Iran’s misconduct. Thank you for your attention to this matter."
