Trump's Assertion of Air Superiority

Washington: On Tuesday, President Donald Trump declared that the United States maintains "complete and total control" over the airspace above Iran, amidst the ongoing aerial conflict between Israel and Iran that erupted last Friday.

In a post on Truth Social, Trump acknowledged that while Iran possesses advanced sky tracking systems and defense technology, it pales in comparison to the capabilities of American-made equipment.

"We now have complete and total control of the skies over Iran. Iran has good sky trackers and other defensive equipment, and plenty of it, but it doesn’t compare to American-made, conceived, and manufactured 'stuff.' Nobody does it better than the good ol' USA," Trump stated.

Earlier that day, Trump departed from the G7 Summit in Canada, returning to Washington.

He emphasized that his early exit from the summit was unrelated to the Israel-Iran conflict.

"Publicity-seeking President Emmanuel Macron of France mistakenly claimed that I left the G7 Summit to return to D.C. to negotiate a 'ceasefire' between Israel and Iran," Trump wrote. "Wrong! He has no idea why I am now on my way to Washington, but it certainly has nothing to do with a ceasefire. Much bigger than that. Whether purposely or not, Emmanuel always gets it wrong. Stay Tuned!"

As tensions between Iran and Israel intensified, Trump also urged citizens to evacuate Tehran.

The conflict, which began last Friday, has now entered its fifth day, with Israel aiming to dismantle Iran's nuclear program as hostilities escalate, including missile strikes from Iran targeting Israel.
