Trump's Assertion on India-Pakistan Relations

During a recent interview with a media channel, US President Donald Trump expressed that his efforts in facilitating peace between India and Pakistan were more significant than he is often credited for. He noted that the two countries were on the brink of a nuclear confrontation following heightened tensions after the Pahalgam terror incident and India's subsequent Operation Sindoor.

Trump remarked, "This is a bigger success than I’ll ever be given credit for. These are major nuclear powers, not just minor players. They were very upset at that time."

He elaborated on the escalating situation, indicating that the conflict was intensifying with both nations strengthening their military capabilities. Trump hinted at the potential for nuclear escalation, stating, "You know what the N word is, right?" When prompted by the interviewer, he confirmed, "Yeah, nuclear." The interviewer thanked him for the clarification.
