Jaipur. In a bid to enhance health services in the state, the Medical and Health Department has taken a significant step by appointing and placing 7,903 selected candidates for the Fourth Class Employee Direct Recruitment-2024. The placement orders have been issued online via the Rajhealth portal.


Under the guidance of Medical and Health Minister Mr. Gajendra Singh Khivsar and Chief Secretary Mrs. Gayatri Rathore, the department prioritized transparency and employee welfare in the placement process.


The employee-friendly policy adopted by the department has benefited a large number of newly appointed staff. Nearly 5,000 candidates have been placed in their home districts, while 1,630 have been assigned to nearby districts, with the remainder placed in adjacent divisions.


This decision significantly alleviates the challenges of relocating away from their families for the newly appointed employees, allowing them to serve in the health department with improved morale. The entire placement process was conducted online and transparently through the Rajhealth portal.


Director (Unclassified) Mr. Rakesh Kumar Sharma stated that in line with the intentions of the Medical and Health Minister and Chief Secretary, the department aimed to provide placements through a transparent, swift, and employee-friendly system.


He added that the recruitment of Fourth Class employees will strengthen the necessary human resources in the state's health institutions. The newly appointed staff will play a crucial role in effectively delivering health services to the public.
