Tragic Road Accident in Hathras Claims Six Lives
Devastating Collision on Yamuna Expressway
On March 5, 2026, a severe road accident occurred in the Hathras district of Uttar Pradesh. According to reliable sources, including Amar Ujala, a private sleeper coach bus collided violently with a van on the Yamuna Expressway, near the 141 milestone.
This tragic incident resulted in the immediate deaths of six individuals, with several others sustaining injuries. Among the deceased were family members, including Dinesh (50), his wife Sunita (48), Vijay Baghel (27), and his wife Pinky (26).
The post-mortem report, conducted at the Hathras district hospital, revealed the horrific nature of the injuries sustained:
- The primary cause of death was attributed to severe head and chest injuries.
- In several cases, broken ribs had penetrated the lungs, leading to internal bleeding and lung damage.
- The trachea was filled with blood, resulting in asphyxiation.
