Fatal Incident in Ajmer District

A tragic road accident occurred on Thursday night in Ajmer district, resulting in the deaths of two brothers, as reported by local authorities. According to police, a dump truck loaded with gravel lost control and fell onto a motorcycle in the village of Leswa, located within the Pisangan police jurisdiction.


The accident claimed the life of 25-year-old Abhishek Sen from Govindgarh, who died at the scene. His younger brother, 23-year-old Ashish Sen, sustained severe injuries and succumbed to his wounds later that night while receiving treatment at a hospital.


Authorities revealed that the driver of the dump truck fled the scene immediately after the incident, but the owner has been taken into custody. The police have also confiscated the dump truck involved in the accident.


In the aftermath of the tragedy, local residents staged protests demanding strict action against those responsible. On Friday morning, demonstrators shut down the city of Govindgarh. However, police managed to calm the protesters through dialogue.
