Suicide Incident in Itawa District

A young man reportedly took his own life in the Bakesar police jurisdiction of Itawa district. Authorities shared this information on Sunday.

According to Station Officer Vipin Kumar, the incident occurred on Saturday night when Rajnikant, also known as Eelu, aged 32, hanged himself using a rope from a ceiling hook inside his home in the village of Sarai Miththe.

His father, Ram Prakash, discovered him hanging in the morning and immediately alerted the police. Officers arrived at the scene, broke down the locked door, and retrieved the body, which was then sent for an autopsy.

During the investigation, the deceased's father informed the police that the family had celebrated the tenth birthday of Rajnikant's son, Ansh, the previous night before everyone retired to their respective rooms. At that time, Rajnikant's wife was visiting her parental home.

The Station Officer stated that further actions will be taken based on the family's complaint and the autopsy report. Currently, the reason behind the suicide remains unclear.
