It is important to note that on June 4, millions of fans gathered outside the Chinnaswamy Stadium to celebrate RCB's victory. The stadium has a seating capacity of approximately 35,000, but the announcement of free entry passes by the organizers led to an uncontrollable crowd. According to the police FIR, a stampede occurred at gates numbered 2, 2A, 6, 7, 15, 17, 18, 20, and 21, resulting in the tragic deaths and numerous injuries. Authorities have indicated that the distribution of free passes on RCB's website significantly contributed to this unfortunate incident.
