Shocking Murder in Seemapuri, Delhi

A horrifying incident has emerged from the Seemapuri area of Delhi, where a son brutally murdered his 60-year-old mother following a minor dispute. What was supposed to be a festive occasion has turned into a scene of mourning for the family, while the accused son is now behind bars.

The incident took place in the New Seemapuri locality. According to police reports, the victim has been identified as Hamidun Nisha, who lived with her son Sher Ali, daughter-in-law Sanjeeda, and three grandchildren. Sher Ali, a tailor by profession, works in Loni, Ghaziabad. On Wednesday night, discussions about making new clothes for Eid escalated into a tragic confrontation.

Dispute with Wife Leads to Mother's Death

During police questioning, it was revealed that Sher Ali's wife Sanjeeda had mentioned the need for new clothes for Eid. Sher Ali cited financial constraints, which led to a heated argument between the couple. The dispute intensified to the point where Sher Ali began to physically assault his wife.

Hearing the commotion, the elderly mother Hamidun Nisha intervened to calm her son down. However, in a fit of rage, Sher Ali turned on his mother, demanding she step aside. When she refused to move, he violently threw her to the ground, causing her to hit her head on the stone floor.

Death in Hospital, Sister Files Case

Upon falling, Hamidun Nisha suffered severe head injuries and lost consciousness. Family members rushed her to a nearby hospital, where she was later referred to GTB Hospital. Unfortunately, the doctors pronounced her dead after examination. Following this tragic event, the victim's daughter Shabnam filed a murder complaint against her brother. The police acted swiftly, apprehending Sher Ali, who has reportedly confessed to his crime. The body has been sent for autopsy, and a thorough investigation is ongoing.
