Suicide Following Family Dispute

In a shocking incident in Khajuwai village of the Awamla area in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, a young man took his own life after a family dispute. Relatives of the deceased claim that the man's wife left him for her lover, prompting him to take this drastic step. Following a complaint from the deceased's sister-in-law, the police have registered a case against the wife and her lover and have initiated an investigation.

According to family members, Ramsevak was married to Sitarani, and they had a son and a daughter together. Recently, it was revealed that Sitarani was involved in a romantic relationship with a local man named Dharmveer, leading to multiple disputes within the family. Despite several attempts by Ramsevak's family to counsel Sitarani, her behavior did not change.

Ramsevak's Despair

In her complaint to the police, Ramsevak's sister-in-law, Gudiya, stated that on Thursday, Sitarani left home with their daughter, taking along jewelry, clothes, and other essentials. The family later learned that she had gone off with her lover, Dharmveer. Ramsevak was deeply distressed and troubled by his wife's departure, leading him to experience significant stress. Tragically, late at night, he hanged himself inside their home.

Gudiya recounted that when she visited Ramsevak's house that night, she found the door open. Upon entering, she discovered Ramsevak's body hanging. Alarmed, she raised an outcry, drawing the attention of nearby residents. With their assistance, Ramsevak was brought down from the noose and rushed to a doctor, but he was pronounced dead upon examination.

Police Investigation Underway

After receiving news of the incident, Station Officer Satish Kumar and CO Awamla Nitin Kumar arrived at the scene with a police team. The body was taken into custody and sent for an autopsy. A forensic team was also called to gather evidence from the scene.

Ramsevak's brother, Jagdish, informed the police that he suspects foul play, alleging that Ramsevak was murdered by his wife Sitarani, her lover Dharmveer, and their accomplices Vikram and Satish, who then staged the scene to look like a suicide.

However, Station Officer Satish Kumar stated that initial investigations suggest it was a suicide. Nonetheless, a report has been filed against Sitarani and Dharmveer based on Gudiya's complaint, and the police are examining all angles of the case.
