Tragic Incident: Five Minors Arrested for Assaulting 12-Year-Old Girl in Uttar Pradesh School

A shocking incident in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, has revealed that a 12-year-old girl was assaulted by five minors in a school. The crime came to light when a viral video surfaced, prompting the victim's mother to report the matter to the police. All accused have been arrested and sent to a juvenile facility. Details of the Disturbing Incident

A deeply troubling event has emerged from Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, where a 12-year-old girl was assaulted on May 8. Disturbingly, all individuals involved in this crime are reported to be minors.


Reports indicate that Kishor, the son of a sanitation worker at the school, along with four of his friends, were implicated in the assault. It has been revealed that the father of one of the accused worked as a cleaner at Diamond Junior High School in Naya Gaon.


On the afternoon of May 8, around 4 PM, the accused lured the young girl, who was playing outside, under the pretense of buying her a cold drink. They then opened the school using a key taken from Kishor's home and proceeded to assault her in turns. Shockingly, they recorded the act and threatened the girl with death if she disclosed the incident to anyone. Following the assault, the victim returned home and remained silent about the ordeal.


Discovery and Legal Action

The situation came to light when local women shared the viral video with the victim's mother. Upon viewing the footage, the mother was devastated and confronted her daughter, who then revealed the details of the gang assault. Heartbroken, the mother promptly reported the incident to the Civil Lines police station.


In response, law enforcement acted swiftly, apprehending all five suspects. They have since been placed in a juvenile facility, and the school has been sealed off.


City Superintendent of Police, Kumar Ranvijay Singh, confirmed the incident, stating that a case has been registered against the minors involved, and they have been taken into custody.
