This shocking event took place on Friday in the Yakutganj village of the Sahawar police station area. The child succumbed to his injuries during treatment on Saturday, prompting police to arrest the suspect and expedite the investigation.


What Led to the Dispute?

Reports indicate that the victim, identified as Yashpal, was attending the naming ceremony at his family's home. The gathering included numerous relatives and villagers, creating a joyful atmosphere. However, a dispute arose among some individuals consuming alcohol, escalating into a serious situation.

According to the deceased child's uncle, Anuj, the accused, Dhanesh Yadav, demanded water from the child while inebriated. When the boy refused, the assailant lost his temper and shot the child in the abdomen, causing severe injuries.
